About
We are a small software studio based in Silicon Valley. Building software is difficult. Building amazing software is pathologically difficult. But it’s what we do.
FishLamp Design creates software for consumers, and it owns Agentic Development Studio.
Agentic Development Studio is a company owned by FishLamp Design. It creates software for developers and offers development services: building and repairing apps, website and backend development, consulting and contracting, and teaching development teams how to use AI to write software well.
Everything the two companies build serves one piece of software: a digital assistant that helps people with ADHD manage their time and their lives.

Agentic Developer Hub
Agentic Developer Hub is a multi-tenant backend platform for software built with AI agents. One service in front of a PostgreSQL database holds everything, and every other part is a client of it: a REST API generated from the database schema, an MCP server for agents, SDKs, a sync daemon that keeps a working copy on each device, and a website for each of its features. Each product built on it keeps its own users, storage and billing behind a boundary the database enforces. It provides accounts, sign-in and billing, flexible storage, notes and research, community forums, chat between people and AI personas, and agentic memory and knowledge bases in a vector database. It runs on Apple platforms, Android and Windows, with models from many providers.
The Agentic Developer Team
The Agentic Developer Team is a deterministic multi-agent team harness for reviewing, fixing, planning and building software. Its engine sequences the stages, holds the state of each run, keeps the agent that does the work apart from the agents that verify and score it, and decides in code when a loop stops; the models do only the work inside a stage, from prompts kept as data. Its specialists each review a change through one lens, such as security, architecture, data or accessibility, and the team fixes what they find. Given a plan, it turns the plan into checkable criteria and builds toward them one revertible step at a time. It works with models from many providers, on Apple platforms, Android and Windows.
My Agentic Teams
My Agentic Teams is a platform of agent teams for anyone, built, downloaded and run on the same deterministic multi-agent team harness as The Agentic Developer Team. A team is plain markdown and JSON data, and the shared engine sequences its stages, holds its state and decides when it stops. A developer or a non-developer describes the team they want, the team builder turns that conversation into a complete, installable team, and an improvement loop edits the team’s prompts against its own tests. Teams are published to and downloaded from a team registry, act through tools and through other teams, and remember what is settled. They range from research, project and story teams to teams for travel, shopping, events, health and finances. They run on models from many providers, on Apple platforms, Android and Windows.
Agentic Persona Registry
Agentic Persona Registry is a public registry of AI personas. Owners build their personas in Agentic Developer Hub and choose which ones the registry lists. Each persona has a permanent address and a profile with its character, voice, examples, reputation and the model it runs on. A visitor can search for personas by what they offer and talk to one without an account, within cost limits and with every message screened. It runs on the web and on Apple platforms, Android and Windows, and lists personas built on models from many providers.
Agentic Developer Kitchen
Agentic Developer Kitchen is an IDE for working in partnership with AI models. Each project opens in its own window of panes the developer arranges (terminals, a file browser, tabbed side-by-side editors, notes, a browser and AI chat), with a tab for every worktree, and the window reopens exactly as it was left. Models work inside it: through the app’s own tool server they chat in it, drive its browser and type into its terminals, and the app’s background service records, summarizes and oversees their sessions. It runs VS Code extensions, signs in to Agentic Developer Hub to keep notes and sessions in the cloud, and works with models from many providers, local ones included, on Apple platforms, Android and Windows.
Stenographer
Stenographer is a local recorder for AI coding sessions. One background service captures every event and transcript line a coding agent produces into a database on the developer’s own machine, and everything else (the app, the command line, the status line and the usage widget) is a client that reads those same records. From them it shows live sessions with summaries, conversations across sessions, quota and cost for each account, and answers to questions asked of the developer’s own data. Oversight rules, kept as data, act on running sessions, a router spreads an agent’s requests across the developer’s accounts, and it tracks working time by project, with billing rates. It runs on Apple platforms, Android and Windows, its AI features work with models from many providers, local ones included, and it syncs across devices through Agentic Developer Hub when the developer turns that on.
Agentic Developer Cookbook
Agentic Developer Cookbook is a library of reference documents that agents read and apply before they write code: principles, guidelines and recipes precise enough that two implementations of the same recipe behave alike. Every document is markdown with a stable address and a version, and a compiler turns each one into a skill that any agent host can load on demand, so an agent loads only the guidelines for the work in front of it. It covers planning, building, testing, reviewing and shipping software, as well as research, brainstorming and writing, with compliance checks for security, accessibility, privacy and reliability. Its recipes specify native components for Apple platforms, Android, Windows and the web, and it works with agents on models from many providers.
Agentic Developer Toolkit
Agentic Developer Toolkit is an open-source, multi-platform library toolkit that holds the code and the platform-neutral specs agentic apps are built from. Each component is written once as a spec, with its behavior, states, accessibility and test vectors, and translated into a package for each platform: web in TypeScript and React, Apple platforms in Swift, Android in Kotlin, Windows in C# and the command line in Python. On every platform it provides the same chat surface and coordinator, which connect an app to Agentic Developer Hub’s personas, chat history and model providers, along with interface components, themes, search, editing, authentication, offline sync and release tooling. An app links it as a git submodule or installs it as packages, and its AI provider plugins work with models from many providers, local ones included.
